Edit 24/07/26 - 1/5 ⭐️: More order issues, a burger I didn't order (and it was cheaper than the one I ordered, too...). But that's not the main problem. I'm writing here because there's absolutely NO way to complain to McDonald's, to contact them easily. You have to send a letter... For example, I have trouble receiving invoices (when ordering via click and collect). I don't receive anything, and their automated chat is useless. I don't understand why it's everywhere; nobody likes it and nobody uses it since you never get what you want. So if I want to file a complaint, I don't even have the invoice. They say you can have it resent, but the option isn't available in the app. As for this McDonald's, the main problem is the same as with the others: the system is rotten to the core. They underpay their employees and then expect quality? Come on, wake up! We pay exorbitant prices for a meal now, and wages remain low, the work is grueling, and all this just to line the pockets of the chain and the owner, who usually owns several other McDonald's restaurants. Generations are changing, and I certainly hope they won't let themselves be taken advantage of. If you want a functional system, agree to treat your employees better, pay them better, and not only will you have less turnover, but also happier customers if their orders arrive quickly and complete—that should be your goal. I sincerely hope this will change because if not, I hope the chain will gradually be boycotted. Edit 15/02/26 - 4/5 ⭐️: significant improvement over the past few weeks/months; service is now fast and reliable. We happily go back now. Just once, there was a small (big) problem with my wife's sandwich, which we think was a personal creation by one of the staff members. It didn't contain anything that should have been in a burger, neither the sauce (ketchup instead of the sauce from the 280), nor the vegetables, etc. Initial review July 2025 - 2/5 ⭐️: A review after going there several times. The staff is friendly and competent, BUT… whether there's absolutely no one there or a lot of people, the speed of service is truly CATASTROPHIC for what one expects from a McDonald's. Tested several times for click and collect: 15-20 minute wait (ironic considering the hassle of ordering in advance…) Tested several times for dine-in, takeout: between 20 and 30 minute wait, regardless of the number of people present. It seems the management of this McDonald's leaves much to be desired; there aren't enough staff (are they having difficulty hiring, or is the franchisee too greedy for profits?). Otherwise, the meal was hot and of McDonald's quality, which was something (compared to the McDonald's on Rive Étoile, which remains the worst I've ever had; having gone there about ten times, I've given up on the idea). It's impossible to give it more than 2 or maybe 3 stars… Given the price and the brand, you expect a certain speed of service, which is simply not there.

One of the worst McDonald's in the region; not a single order goes by without something being missing, whether it's sauces, toys, lovers, or even burgers...

Not very friendly at all, lots of mistakes in orders, really unpleasant staff. I got yelled at because they called the number 4214, which was 14 on my receipt, and I got yelled at because when you call 4214, it's your number, you come. Well, start by calling the numbers on the receipts so people actually come. If mine is 14, I'm not going to come if you call 4214. Then I present my potatoes, which are supposed to be a "maxi best of" with three measly things in them. Really unpleasant here.

A 30-minute wait at the drive-thru when it's barely noon and there are only TWO cars in total. Bravo.

Just a McDonald's. Wait time was a bit long. Staff weren't particularly friendly. Table and dining area were clean.
