The welcome was very cold, and there was a oppressive feeling in the store. I've been looking for an organic store since Le Serpent Vert closed... the product selection deserves two stars. It's also a shame that they don't accept restaurant vouchers.

As long-time loyal customers, we have decided not to return to this store. The service has changed drastically: the competent and attentive sales staff have been replaced by rude and unprofessional employees, a far cry from the customer service expected in an organic store. Furthermore, the atmosphere has become oppressive for families with children: persistent stares, a feeling of discomfort… This creates an unease completely at odds with what one looks for in this type of store. A huge disappointment for us, as we were regular customers.
