A true gem on wheels! This truck serves incredibly delicious pizzas: perfectly made dough, perfectly cooked, ultra-fresh ingredients… every bite is a delight. The team is super friendly, fast, and always smiling. You can really taste the passion behind each pizza. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality, and the service is always top-notch. Honestly, it's become my favorite spot for quality homemade pizza. I highly recommend it! 🍕🔥

What a wonderful encounter with "Un Truck au Four" and especially with its chef, Mali, who welcomed us with such kindness. And what can I say about the quality of his pizzas? A soft, chewy crust made with flavorful ingredients! The homemade tiramisu is also delicious. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend you try it and give it a go.

I highly recommend this food truck! I hired Un Truck au Four to celebrate my birthday with about forty people, and I was absolutely delighted. Mali and her partner are lovely, professional, and incredibly kind. The tarte flambée and pizzas were excellent; we rarely eat such good ones! Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and we had a wonderful time with them. For your private events, go for it without hesitation: it's nothing but positive experiences!

A fantastic team, quick and efficient, feeding over 60 people in record time with exceptional tarte flambée, better than any restaurant in the region (which is plentiful in the Kochersberg area). Thank you, Mali, for contributing to this event with such professionalism and good humor! 🤩 We recommend them 1000% for takeout orders, but also, like us, for major events! 🎉
