I went to eat at Pizza Renard in Neudorf, but my experience was far from satisfactory. The welcome was cold and unpleasant; I felt uncomfortable from the start. The service really leaves much to be desired. Frankly, I do not recommend this place.

A very disappointing experience. The pizzas were poorly cut and tore completely apart when we tried to serve them. The tomato sauce had a strange and overpowering taste, frankly not reassuring. After the meal, I had severe stomach discomfort. Add to that the subpar service. First and last time; we won't be going back.

My order was placed at 7:11 PM for delivery "in under 30 minutes in general." At 7:50 PM, I called to see if there was a problem and was told that "it happens that the driver is leaving." (I live 1.2 km away). The pizzas arrived cold at 8:39 PM, and the driver told me that I wasn't the only one, that he had three other people to deliver to… So classy! I called back three times, and they wouldn't answer me anymore… Buy frozen pizzas, but whatever you do, never call this… thing…

What a shame: good pizzas but nonexistent service. While the quality of the pizzas remains excellent (although lighter today), the service is sorely lacking. The staff member at the entrance was too engrossed in their phone to look up, despite my repeated attempts to get their attention. It's regrettable to feel so disregarded as a customer.

Pizzas ordered at 7:35 PM, cooked at 8:10 PM (according to the label on the box), delivered at 9:10 PM... The pizzas were cold and the manager didn't seem bothered! Disappointed

Very good pizza, especially the Bollywood. The only problem was the staff not having enough strength to cut the pizza properly; otherwise, the welcome and service were top-notch!

Our delivery pizzas are ridiculously small and of mediocre quality! Don't order from them, and on top of that, they're incredibly expensive.
