McDonald's

During our short trip in the city we went for quick break at McDonald and we were quite satisfied with the service. It was really crowded as everyone had the same idea for quick food. We could order on the screen, however only in French (I do speak French but my friends not). As McDonald is worldwide, It would be highly appreciate to have the English version to order even though we are in France. I could hear also beside me that other had difficulties to order (I assumed they were also tourists/short trip in the city). The waiting time after the order was not so long as such. The person responsible to deliver the menu spoke in French and English, which I did appreciate, as she is conscious that there are always a lot of tourists in the city - which worked perfectly. The table where we ate was unfortunately not so clean as expected. The toilet was not clean at all. The recycle idea with plastic components is really good. However, it would have been again good to write the steps for the sorting at the leaving desk in English so that everyone could follow.

Located in a commercial area, with an outdoor seating area and a separate dining area. Fast service and very attentive staff.

The food here tasted just like it used to in Germany, I always thought it was the same! I didn't go to the toilet, so I can't comment on that. The wait was awful, but everything was there.

Very dirty. The toilet smells like a dead dog. Disgusting.

"Everyone for themselves, everyone for themselves": that's the very definition of this McDonald's. From the moment you place your order, you're completely on your own. An obstacle course: No assistance whatsoever; you have to elbow your way to the register. There's no table service either: you have to carry your tray yourself, go upstairs, and try to find a seat. Non-existent accessibility for people with reduced mobility: A person in a wheelchair might be able to get in to order takeout, but without an elevator to the upstairs dining area, it's impossible to eat there. Your restaurant is completely unsuitable, and it's high time you rethought things: it's 2026, it's unacceptable that a person with a disability can't eat in your establishment. It's time to be inclusive, not exclusive! Quality and hygiene: Everything needs to be addressed. The service is nonexistent, the cooking is subpar, and the overall hygiene is very poor. Often, many tables are empty inside, but they are extremely cramped. Dirty. Special mention for the toilets: closed half the time from 4 or 5 pm onwards under the pretext that they've just been cleaned... even though the restaurant closes very late. The only "positive point": an outdoor terrace... but with equally dirty tables and chairs. In short, a deplorable experience.
