Why is there never any bread? I don't understand the concept of a bakery without bread. I can understand it being gone after 7 pm, but at 5 pm? Update: You're clearly understaffed. Have you considered paying better wages and providing a healthy work environment?

This is the umpteenth time I've posted this type of comment. Saturday at 3:30 PM and already out of bread for the rest of the day. You are the worst bakery. You haven't taken your customers' feedback into account for months.

It's rare that I only give one star, but if zero existed, I would give it without hesitation. At 7:30 PM, the bakery was completely empty; everything had been cleared away. I simply asked if it was still open, and I was told no, it was closed, even though it closes at 8 PM. And let's not even mention the deplorable hygiene: pigeons flying around and vacuuming the area around the pastries—it's truly disgusting to do that.

As is often the case, the saleswoman was not punctual, there was a shortage of products from the moment they opened, and the coffee machine was always broken.

I've been a customer for five years, but I'm about to lose it! This is the third time in a row I've paid for pastries and three times I've only been given half! They really need to get their act together at some point. Maybe they should start by teaching the maintenance staff how to count?

As a regular customer of this chain, I strongly advise against this location. The service was appalling, the display case empty and dirty. We placed an order for the next day and paid in advance. The following day, the order had been sold to another customer. Despite the error being entirely theirs, they only offered a refund within 48 hours via credit card. The staff clearly lacks competence. We will never set foot in this place again.

8:30 am, no specialty breads, only baguettes and pastries from the day before sold as fresh. The rolls are undercooked inside. As a customer for several years, the quality has unfortunately declined drastically; I will not be returning.

The baguettes don't always come out the same; sometimes they're poorly made, with the bottoms completely black because the oven hasn't been cleaned. They take several times as many baguettes in the mornings, even though that's the only thing we go there for. The hygiene leaves much to be desired as well; it seems like nobody in this bakery has the time or the inclination to clean.

Excellent bakery despite the criticisms, which I don't understand at all. A wide selection of products, a super friendly team—a special mention for the tall, slim girl who was very attentive and patient with some customers who were disrespectful. A young, dynamic team, and above all, our baguettes are perfectly crispy.

A clean bakery, always very helpful, good products, special mention to Eva who gives good advice, talks to customers, and is very attentive. Go for it!

I went to Marie Blachere today and was served by a very kind and pleasant young woman with glasses. She gave me great advice and is a fantastic saleswoman! She deserves our support!
