There is no air-conditioning at 39 degrees in Strasbourg! Unbelievable! I regretted my order but it was too late as I already paid…Then I had to wait 20 minutes and when I got my pizza the rucola was old, leaves yellow and partially rotten…

Very disappointed with our experience. With the current heatwave, no effort was made to make the atmosphere more pleasant. It was extremely hot in the dining room, to the point that it was difficult to eat without sweating. Furthermore, the pizza on the children's menu was truly tiny, more of a small slice than a proper meal for a child. It's much better to order a regular pizza. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, the manager showed no understanding and dismissed my comments without trying to find a solution. This poor customer service attitude makes me reluctant to return.

A friend recommended this pizzeria. The place was quiet, located right next to a movie theater. We ordered a Margherita pizza with burrata, and it was absolutely delicious: the Margherita was warm and the burrata cold, which allowed us to start eating it right away. The prices are a bit high, but reasonable.

I'm very sorry to leave this review, but your complete failure to respond to your customers compels me to do so. Not only are we dissatisfied, but we're also suffering from food poisoning after eating your pizzas, which leaves me speechless. I thought I was doing the right thing by letting you know, but I didn't expect this kind of response. No one in charge is on site, barely a brief "Sorry, I'll pass on the information." The only reply I got was, "We prepared the same pizzas several times today and no one else complained." No comment... the only people who shared and ate the two pizzas are the only two who are now incredibly sick. It's a good thing the children didn't touch them. You've lost customers, never again. I'm giving 2 stars for quality because it's the first time, but it's one time too many. If I could give 0 for service, I would.
