Domino's Pizza

A great restaurant to discover, varied and very good pizzas, top-notch staff, special thanks to Mr. Cherubin who was able to meet my requests, I highly recommend it!!

I ordered here while in Strasbourg. Personnel don’t speak English but we managed to understand each other and food was tasty. Overall a good experience.

After placing an order through the Uber Eats platform, which featured a "buy one, get one free" offer, we ordered two pizzas (those included in the offer) but never received the two free pizzas. Furthermore, another offer advertised a free chocolate pizza, but we were charged for it. To resolve this issue, we contacted Domino's Pizza, who left us without a solution and offered no compensation.

We ordered from Domino’s Pizza through Uber Eats, taking advantage of a buy-one-get-one-free offer. Unfortunately, the pizzas that were supposed to be free were never included in the order. After contacting the restaurant to explain the situation, we received no help; the staff was unpleasant and offered no solution. A broken offer and nonexistent customer service. A very disappointing experience.

We contacted the restaurant to report the problem, but Domino’s basically brushed us off, offering no solution or compensation. The result: a broken offer and disappointing customer service. Two pizzas were delivered by a man in a car, and to my surprise, both pizzas were cold and had no chili sauce! Not pleasant to eat when they're cold; the oil sticks to your palate! The pizzas were placed on the car seat. Perhaps they should invest in a bag that keeps pizzas warm, like the ones delivery drivers use on scooters. Anyway, I called Domino's to complain, but they offered no solution other than, "We can't remake pizzas just because they're cold and missing the chili oil. We'll tell the driver to bring the bag next time!" Honestly, avoid this place. There are other pizzerias nearby that are much cheaper, and most importantly, they serve hot pizzas and offer a minimum level of customer service compared to Domino's!
