Arriving a little before closing time, the cooks told me I could sit down and that the waitress would be there. After a 10-minute wait, the waitress arrived and told me they were closing. I explained that the pizza chef had told me he was going to serve me, so I ordered the pizza. It arrived with the cheese very cold, not melted, and waterlogged.

The WORST pizza experience in Strasbourg. I ordered a pizza that arrived completely burnt across the entire crust, making it totally inedible and toxic. As for the toppings, it was a disaster: an excessive amount of olives to mask the poor quality, a whole piece of artichoke that wasn't even cut, and a ridiculously small amount of ham. It's unacceptable to let an order leave a professional kitchen in this state. To add insult to injury, I contacted the restaurant by phone, and the woman had the nerve to claim, with absolute bad faith, that the pizza was simply "golden brown." The photos speak for themselves; it's like charcoal. Appalling customer service that treats customers like idiots. Avoid at all costs.

Honestly, a fantastic place. We stumbled upon it by chance and weren't disappointed. The pizzas and juices are excellent, generously topped, with a crust that makes all the difference. The service is friendly, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the prices reflect the quality. I'll definitely be keeping this address in mind for my next trips to Strasbourg.

Ordered via Uber Eats. The pizzas could have been good, but I've never seen pizzas so poorly prepared; the ingredients weren't evenly distributed: mushrooms on one side, another slice with only meat, and yet another with only olives – unheard of.

"It's not an association" when you have the audacity to go and ask for water at the counter during a heatwave...

What shame, from the outside the restaurant looked very promising but once we sat down and ordered realised that this was a mistake, asked for non smoking and were seated outside and the ashtray was removed? Needless to say guest sitting next to us started smoking. We are not local French and asked for table water and was given a expensive bottle of water while all other tables had table water. And the pizza were over priced compared to restaurants nearby and were not good and burnt crusts.

I eat out a lot, but the taste of this pizza easily makes it my number one! Magnificent, I highly recommend it!

We ordered two pizzas to go as part of an Uber Eats offer (buy one, get one free). Since we planned to eat them in a park, we politely asked if they could be cut. Our request was initially accepted without any problem. However, when the pizzas were handed to us, the staff informed us that they did not cut pizzas for Uber Eats takeout orders. We were therefore left to eat them with our hands, without any alternative being offered. I am extremely disappointed by this level of service. A promotional offer should in no way justify unequal treatment or such negligence towards customers. If the establishment cannot provide quality service as part of its promotional offers, it would be better not to offer them at all. A very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this establishment and I will not be returning.

Very disappointed with this restaurant. As a vegetarian, I unfortunately made a mistake when ordering and chose a pizza with ham. As soon as I realized my error, I informed the waitress and politely asked if it was possible to change my order. Her response was particularly disappointing. Throughout the entire meal, she seemed unconcerned and told me it was impossible to exchange the pizza. She suggested I order another one, while also specifying that I would have to pay for the first one and give it to someone else... I find this attitude unprofessional and uncomprehending, especially since I immediately pointed out my mistake and didn't want to eat the first pizza. Given this experience and the lack of consideration I felt I received, I do not recommend this establishment.
