okay so it's not great and the staff is sometimes rude. but it's cheap and i love the vibe. you can come during the day to work and have a coffee, evening for dinner, late at night for drinks. i miss this place so much

I remember a waiter who took it upon himself to correct me for using "flammekueche" and not "tarte flambée." I didn't appreciate it at all. I can use whatever word I want; he has no right to tell me that no, you say "tarte flambée" or you're a tourist. Respect is fundamental in a profession like this. You don't have more power than the customers just because you're at work, and you're certainly not my mother, or whatever role you imagine you have. In short, there are limits to how close you can be. I won't be back.

Although the establishment is currently closed, I'm giving it 5 stars because I miss the quality of the service and products. I look forward to seeing you again soon.

While exploring, I saw a bar with a cinema and pool tables. Being a keen gamer, I thought, "Let's go!" I went in and asked where the pool tables were. I was told downstairs, but I had to pay first! I asked to see them first, went downstairs, and saw two pool tables. As I got closer, they weren't pool tables at all. They looked like glassboards, they were so dirty and stained from spilled liquids, and the cloth was damaged and torn. I strongly advise against going to this place to relax at these tables!

A very bad experience, despite being a regular customer for at least 10 years. We were greeted with a particularly unpleasant welcome by a dark-haired waitress. A real lack of professionalism and politeness. I was with friends from Ireland and Scotland, and I was ashamed to present them with such an image of French hospitality. A real shame. I think this type of person shouldn't work with customers because it can ruin a business.

Just got into Strasbourg and late. Extremely hungry and tired. Thankfully they are open and they serve comfort Alsatian cuisine. Despite being crowded, welcome and looked after me warmly. Had their escalope de poulet with salad. Comfort food at its best. Very good price quality value as well. Will come back again for sure.

Very similar to a betting shop in the middle of nowhere in rural France, with its regulars. Annoying and boorish, the clientele and service need improvement. Otherwise, I love the bench in the back next to the toilets.

The food was decent, but the service wasn't always attentive. The atmosphere was quiet. The restrooms were appalling.

Great pricing for drinks, but unfortunate location, locals gather nearby and smoke and curse and spit around. Meh. Service is a bit slow.

The waitress is always smiling and very pleasant, even with difficult customers. The atmosphere isn't extraordinary, but the place is nice, with a great cellar where you can play your own music and a well-located terrace.
