Honestly, never again, it's disgusting, avoid it at all costs!!!! The fries are frozen, and if the pizza is supposed to be a four-cheese, I don't believe it, it's unbelievable.

I placed an order with you at the end of November. Three hours later, someone from your team called me to explain that the order had never arrived due to a technical issue. I was advised to call back if it happened again and assured that I would receive a refund. I did receive an email, but it stated "refund: €0.00." I waited, but never received anything. At the end of December, I tried to contact you several times: phone calls (outside of business hours), a text message to the number provided, and then an email… no response. I have unfortunately concluded that I will not be reimbursed. It's a shame, because I really liked your pizzas, but after this experience, I won't be ordering from you again. UPDATE following your reply: Hello, I'm attaching a photo of the automated refund email that SOS Night Pizza sent me, since you say you don't issue them. I sent all of this to you by message and email, but I haven't received a response from you.
