Excellent restaurant ideally located in the European area. We come regularly, especially for the salads. The fries are homemade and there are several desserts to choose from. The welcome and service are impeccable. We highly recommend it.

We came as a family to celebrate our son's birthday, and everything was perfect. The staff were as friendly as ever, and the meat selection was excellent… Bravo from start to finish.

The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The mocktails were perfect and delicious. The GR burger (beef fillet) was sublime: tender, perfectly cooked meat, absolutely flawless. We also enjoyed a chicken cordon bleu, which was equally excellent. Everything was perfect. The chef's dessert and the chocolate fondant were the perfect ending to this wonderful meal. I highly recommend it!

I've been to this restaurant several times, and each time I leave just as satisfied. I even held my leaving party here when I quit my job, we've had several business lunches here, and I've also come with friends. The welcome is always warm, the servers are pleasant, and the atmosphere is truly enjoyable. But I especially want to emphasize the quality of the food: the dishes are excellent, and everything we tasted was cooked to perfection. Truly high-quality cuisine. I also really loved the overall ambiance: the background music, the well-chosen playlist, and the thoughtful touch of singing for the manager's birthday, which made the moment even more special. You can feel the real soul of this restaurant. The small terrace on the balcony is also a real bonus, especially for enjoying the outdoors. I absolutely don't regret my choice; quite the opposite. After all these years, the quality remains consistently high and hasn't diminished. I will gladly return and highly recommend this place!

A wonderful discovery last night at Le Confidentiel! We started with the Caesar salad, which was simply incredible. The ingredients were fresh and the homemade dressing was exceptional. It was so good that we ended up savoring every last drop with bread! For our main course, we chose the fish of the day, salmon with a delicious virgin sauce, perfectly cooked and very flavorful. We also enjoyed a beef fillet with mushroom sauce, incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. The homemade fries were excellent, crispy on the outside and meltingly soft on the inside. The side dishes were equally successful, with a flavorful carrot purée and perfectly prepared white cabbage. The setting is elegant, the service attentive, and the entire experience lived up to our expectations. A place we wholeheartedly recommend and where we will gladly return! 👏 Congratulations to the entire team for this wonderful culinary experience.

We were on the terrace in the evening; the setting was lovely and peaceful. Good value for money, nice presentation on the plate, and it tasted good.

This halal restaurant deliberately doesn't state or write it anywhere, resulting in a huge disappointment with my extremely expensive rare ribeye steak, which was ridiculously small and of very poor quality. I also dislike that this information wasn't shared before ordering, and the staff confirmed they deliberately withheld it without giving a reason. Furthermore, there is clearly a difference in treatment between customers based on their appearance.

I had the opportunity to discover Le Confidentiel in Schiltigheim for a birthday celebration, and it was a very pleasant surprise. The setting is inviting, warm, and perfectly suited to this type of event. The dishes are of very high quality, well-prepared, and flavorful, with beautiful presentation. You can feel the genuine care taken with the ingredients and the presentation of each plate. The prices remain reasonable considering the quality offered, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A wonderful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend, whether for a meal with friends or a special occasion.

A very good experience at Le Confidentiel in Schiltigheim, booked for a weekday evening for a family meal (5 people). We were seated at a round table, which was very pleasant for sharing the meal. The atmosphere was generally very good, even if the music was a little loud at times. As for the food, the cuts of meat were excellent, truly high-quality and flavorful. A big plus was also the burger, especially the bun, which was soft and far from dry, making all the difference. The fries were good, slightly sweet but nice and crispy, with a generous portion. Special mention goes to the Confidentiel platter, a nice selection of different meats, perfect for discovering several flavors. The service was very pleasant, attentive, and responsive, with no waiting time, which made the meal even smoother and more enjoyable. The value for money is good: it's a slightly more upscale establishment, but it's definitely worth it for a lovely evening. Good to know: private rooms are available, which can be a great option for a more intimate meal or a group dinner. In short, a very good place for a quality dinner in Schiltigheim, with excellent meats and efficient service.
