A LOVE OF GOOD FOOD BUT NOT OF SERVICE! This is the second time we've come here for a drink, and the second time we've been disappointed and poorly received (or not received at all), so it's the last time! The service is absolutely terrible. The staff doesn't know what to do when customers arrive. We wonder if they've even been trained? There's no drinks menu with prices displayed, yet you have tables and chairs, and now a terrace, so that's the bare minimum. The least you could do is offer a wine list. We asked if it was possible to order a glass of wine from the wine list, but the waitress only offered three options: red, white, or rosé (we still don't know the price, and we can't choose the wine; in any case, nothing is offered, which is pathetic considering the wine cellar at the back of the shop). So we told the waitress we had ordered two self-service beers and asked if she could open them for us. Her response: "Yes, have a seat, I'll be right back." After settling onto the terrace, we waited a bit, but no one came: our beers were still sealed and getting warm in the 32-degree heat. Finally, seeing that the waitress and the two other people behind the bar were still busy (even though there were hardly any customers), we put our beers back and left without her saying a word. Here, "hello" and "goodbye" don't exist; you're completely ignored, the service is nonexistent, the staff doesn't know what to do when a customer arrives, and there's absolutely no professionalism. You don't represent Italy or Italian warmth at all; quite the opposite, a cold and appalling welcome. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK, which is a real shame because the place is rather nice. PS: Change careers or train your staff properly!

Avoid at all costs. When you order a drink, the response is pathetic; I'm leaving immediately. Completely unprofessional. Run away! Appalling service. I will never set foot in this establishment again. With so many negative reviews about such poor service, they should really be asking themselves some serious questions and rethinking their approach.

A warm and inviting setting, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine with a delicious cheese and charcuterie board. A wide selection of olives, antipasti, and, most importantly, excellent bottles of wine available for purchase to enhance your evenings with friends.

The place is welcoming, and the service is friendly and efficient. No matter the time of day, we love stopping by to satisfy a small hunger or quench our thirst, especially on hot days. It's truly wonderful to find a place where you can settle in comfortably right in the heart of La Wantzenau, even in the afternoon. A lovely, friendly, delicious, and welcoming spot.
