After a previous mixed experience, I would like to highlight the quality of service I received during my last visit to Pizza Renard Illkirch on July 16, 2026. I was greeted by Mr. Mihraj, whose professionalism, courtesy, and warm welcome deserve to be emphasized. His positive attitude, dedication to service, and efficiency contributed to making this a particularly pleasant experience. It is important to recognize and value the work of employees who are fully committed to customer satisfaction. I therefore thank Mr. Mihraj for his exemplary welcome and professionalism. A very positive experience that makes me want to return, thanks to Mr. Mihraj. My previous negative experience: This is the third time I've called around 9:30-9:35 PM, even though the restaurant is supposed to close at 10:00 PM. Each time, it's the same employee (the receptionist) who answers the phone and comes up with a different excuse to refuse to take the order, often citing a supposed "technical problem." After three times, it's hard to believe it's just a coincidence. It seems like she's deliberately trying to stop taking orders before the official closing time. If the kitchen stops operating before 10 p.m., this should be clearly stated. Otherwise, the posted hours should be respected. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and investigates the situation. If an employee doesn't want to work until closing time, she should give her position to someone who actually wants to work and serve customers properly. Very disappointing.
