Domino's Pizza Illkirch-Graffenstaden

Nothing to say, very good.

I was a huge Domino's fan 20 years ago; they had the best pizzas around. I've ordered from Domino's Illkirch three times in the last year, and each time there are fewer and fewer toppings on the pizza. But tonight it's reached new heights: €30 for nothing but air! That's absolutely outrageous! This is definitely the last time I'll spend a fortune at your place only to still be hungry afterward! I will never order from you again.

I ordered a pizza around 6 PM for 7 PM delivery; it arrived at 7:40 PM, and it was cold. The delivery driver seemed incapable of reading an address, following his GPS, or reading and understanding delivery instructions. This driver should be fired for this level of incompetence.

Domino's Illkirch is highly qualified, very fast, and punctual. I have great respect for this team who took 20 minutes to explain the different promotions, product composition, and benefits for organizing a party.

Edit: To answer your question, I'm a simple person - I placed an order with you for pickup at 6:45 PM, arrived a little early (5-7 minutes), my pizza was already waiting for me, and I was able to pick it up in less than a minute with a very smooth experience. Being a bit rushed to eat that evening before starting my shift, the efficiency and quality of the product and service generated this avalanche of stars! Thank you for these delicious pizzas! 👌🏻

Buy one get one free for 21 bucks? Are you kidding me? Just for this rip-off, eat my one-star rating and your cheap, mass-produced pizzas.

Very disappointed!! From Domino's Illkirch!! This is the third time we've placed an order. Always the same mistakes: Sauce forgotten (you have to check every time! This has happened twice, both times the BBQ sauce was forgotten). The second time we ordered two pizzas with classic crust, and the result was: one classic and one half thin and half classic!!! Third order, this is ridiculous, it's the last time we'll order: sauce forgotten again, I ordered two classic crust pizzas and specifically insisted on the CLASSIC CRUST!! In addition to the forgotten sauce, both pizzas were thin crust!!! Furthermore, when I pointed out the missing sauce, the young man at the register made a gesture like he was disgusted!!!! (One last thing! As I show in the photos, the crust isn't cooked!) Good luck, there's work to be done
